  • dear Introduction to Business 2MA-P1i member. after study about Marketing Management, Human Resource management, today we will study the 3rd function in management that we called Operations Management. Operation Management (OM) in simple term is how the goods or sevicess made and distributed in most effective way. around 100 minutes we will explore: why we study OM?, OM area, products and services, product development stages, pricing strategy and tactics, and the last production budgeting steps. in the end of this meeting we will understand the OM's scope and get the whole picture as the basis of taking OM subject in 3rd semester. Here we go!
