Assessment Summary
As a student at IIB DARMAJAYA you are expected to display academic integrity in your work and interactions. Where a student breaches the IIB DARMAJAYA with respect to academic integrity, the University may take disciplinary action under the Student Misconduct Procedure. To assure academic integrity, you may be required to demonstrate reasoning and the process of constructing work submitted for assessment.
To assist you in understanding what academic integrity means, and how to ensure that you do comply with the IIB DARMAJAYA Student Code, it is strongly recommended that you complete the Working with Academic Integrity module before submitting your first assessment task.
ΓÇïAssignment Submission Procedure
ΓÇïSubmissions will be on LMS. Forum posts are on a LMS forum.
Late submissions
Any assessment submitted after the date and time specified in the Assessment Schedule on LMS will be subject to penalties unless PRIOR written approval has been granted by the Lecturer-in-Charge. Prior approval of an extension will only be granted under the same circumstances as special consideration is awarded. Students are reminded that work commitments or overseas travel are not valid circumstances for special consideration.
No extensions are possible for the weekly online written feedback, except under a special consideration application that outlines a cause that extends over more than 14 days.
If you foresee that you will have problems submitting an assessment task on time you should contact the Lecturer-in-Charge immediately via email explaining the circumstances in full. Do not wait until the due date to ask for an extension. No extensions will be granted on the due date itself.
Special Consideration
You can apply for special consideration when illness or other circumstances beyond your control, interfere with your assessment performance. Special Consideration is primarily intended to provide you with an extra opportunity to demonstrate the level of performance of which you are capable.
