The manager is an employee in a company whose job is to coordinate the various activities of the company's employees. The activities of company employees need to be coordinated so that employees can work well.

Answer :

 Managers need financial statements that are profit and loss information

For example, to determine the cost of a product, production managers need accounting information related to the calculation of production costs as well.


3. What is the propose of accounting information for them?

Answer : 

Managers must be able to understand high degree operating leverage information. When the manager determines the cost of a product, he must know what components must be included in the calculation, because if the manager is wrong when determining the cost of production, the company may lose money because the costs incurred are not proportional to the income earned.
