I think Phrasal Verbs is when we can combination of words (a verb + a preposition or verb +adverb) that when used together, usually take on a different meaning to that of the original verb. Example : TURN DOWN, with that sentence we can conclude that ,Turn is included in the "Phrasel Verb" and Down is "Adverb"

in my opinion the explanation of the video about pharasal verb is quite understood even though there is a language that I do not understand and have to search in a dictionary or on google.

I have seen the vidio in the material , in the vidio the language is easy to understand and for understanding in using the grammar sentence i don't understand it so i have to open gogle first

my opinion, phrasal verbs are phrases consisting of standard verbs and one or two particles. These standard verbs are like go, make, take. Whereas the particles used can be in the form of adverbs and or prepositions. Such phrasal verbs are often used in the daily dialogue of native speakers and informal English writing.
