Dari materi dan video yg saya coba pahami kesimpulannya menurut saya yaitu : Conditional senteces atau Kalimat bersyarat adalah pernyataan yang membahas faktor-faktor yang diketahui atau situasi hipotetis dan konsekuensinya.
Kalimat Bersyarat Nol (present tense)
Kalimat Bersyarat Pertama(present tense)
Kalimat Bersyarat Kedua (past tense)
Kalimat Bersyarat Ketiga (perfect past)

Dari video dan materi yang bapak share, yang dapat saya pahami mengenai Conditional Sentences yaitu kalimat pengandaian.
Terdiri dari 4 type yaitu:
-Zero conditional (menyatakan fakta yang umum dan kejadian sehari -hari)
Present Verb
Contoh: If i don't eat breakfast, I always get hungry during class
-First Conditional (menggambarkan sesuatu waktu di masa depan & suatu yg mungkin terjadi kemudian)
Present Verb
Contoh: If i go to the shops, I will buy some milk
-Second Conditional (kejadian tidak mungkin terjadi di masa sekarang/ masa depan)
Simple Past ( would,might,could + infinitive)
Contoh: If I won a million pounds, I'd still carry on working
-Third Conditional (menggambarkan sesuatu yang tidak mungkin terjadi pada masa lampau)
Past Perfect (would,could,might + have + past participle V3)
Contoh: If I handn't missed the bus, I wouldn't have met my brother

Saya sudah sedikit paham tentang materi hari ini yaitu conditional
conditional sentence adalah kalimat pengandaian, bisa juga disebut dengan kalimat bersyarat, yang mungkin terjadi jika syarat terpenuhi.
Conditional sentence mempunyai dua bagian, yaitu if-clause dan main clause. 
Contoh nya yaitu

 1. Tipe A
 *if+simple present,simple present*

- if it rains, the grass gets wet
 - the grass gets wet if it rains 
2. Tipe B
 *if+simple present,present future (will)*
 *present future+if+simple present* 
Contoh kalimat:
 - if you tell her the truth, she will forgive you
 - if you win the lottery, i will take you to Bali
 3. Tipe C
 *if+past tense,past future*
