The Indonesian Accountant Association Code of Ethics is intended as a guide and rules for all members , both those practicing as public accountants, working in the business world, in government agencies, and in the world of education in the fulfillment of their professional responsibilities. In the case of WorldCom, this accountant actually makes a misleading financial report and of course the consequences can be detrimental to the public.
