in my opinion Fraudulent is a misstatement or deliberate disappearance of the amount or disclosure in
financial statements. Fraud perpetrators can be from people within the company also biased from outside the company. Triggers fraud
partly because of greed, needs, pressure, opportunity and rational.
Financial statements that contain material misstatement can result in financial statements not
fairly presented, in all material respects. Misstatement of financial statements can occur as a result of
mistake or cheating
So that the company has a system of preventing fraud, the company makes a system
detection, monitoring and systems that review policies in the field of human resources (HR) and operations.
