Sir. I want to ask abaut using present perfect tense ,why does present perfect tense use V3?

What I know is knowing the difference between simple perfect tense and past tense. I also know the difference between the two with formula. Then, I know that past events that have been felt up to now use simple perfect tense.I also found out.  What is the difference between nominal and verbal sentences knowing the positive and negative sentences of simple perfect tense.

what I understand is this initial material is where simple past explains the focus on the past. while the present perfect explains the past until now.
Simple past
: subject + verb2
-complicted action
Contoh kalimat : she was my Girl friend ( lampau/sudah berlalu)

Present perfect :
Subject + have + v3
Contoh : i have lost my key
(Kehilangan dri moment berlalu hingga sekarang)

What i know about simple past tense is  a form of verb to indicate an event that happened in the past, and has not happened again in the present.

Simple to use the past :
(+) subject + verb 2
(-) subject + did not/didn't + verb 1
(?) did + subject+ verb 1

I can understand from the material is the purpose and how to use simple past and distinguish simple past tense & present perfect tense.

When i was shaw that video, i understand a little bit, like difference betwen both.
First, past tense is a thing ever we do or activitis we ever have do in the past, and past tense is used to convey something or events in the past without detailed elements such as what time that happen.
3 thing i got in the video about past tense :
1. Simple Past tense always uses Verb 2 or the second verb in English.
2. Simple Past Tense formula is S + V2 + O + C
3. Adverbs of time used simple past tense are not specific than the present perfect, namely yesterday, last week, last month and so on.

Second, present perfect like a past tense but it have more specific detailed such as time and place information.

1. Present perfect tense is a tenses in English that is used to show an event that happened in the past but usually there is still a relationship in the present
2. Present Perfect Tense uses Verb 3 or the 3rd verb in English.

Simple past tense is a type of tenses that indicates a job happened in the past, without wanting to show whether this work has been done or is being done. These tenses are not approved in detail whether the work done has been completed or not.

Present perfect tense shows the work that has been done in a recent time. Or if it has been done for a long time, then the aim is to show that the perpetrators have done it.
