This lecture describes the material on business process management by utilizing configurable devices to run business processes automatically, independently, supervising the processes themselves, providing corrections to the processes themselves and also providing reports on all performance related to them. The business character that is currently developing is a process that can run on its own and does not require intervention or supervision from parties outside the system stakeholders. All stakeholders also have a role in the business process being carried out.
The objectives of this course are:
1. Students know the rules of business processes in today's digital era.
2. Students are able to design traditional business processes and translates them into digital-based business processes.
3. Students are able to integrate business processes that adopt digital business concepts.
4. Students are able to identify the need for digital-based business process development.
