assalamualaikum and good morning. Let me introduce my self; my name is Lourenza Patricia, NPM 1812120055. permission to ask about today's material in the foreign exchange section. Can you explain examples and uses of foreign exchange? thankyou
permission to answer. my name putri adelia npm 1812120126. Foreign exchange (foreign exchange) can be used to exchange goods and services with other countries. For example, Indonesia imports rice from the United States, so the transaction payment does not use rupiah, but uses foreign currency, namely US Dollar Currency.

Walaikumsalam, hi lou. My name is Fibi Rizki Herdianti with NPM no. 1812120100. Let me help you with this questions.
Foreign Exchange (forex or FX) is the trading of one currency for another. For example, one can swap the U.S. dollar for the euro. Foreign exchange transactions can take place on the foreign exchange market, also known as the Forex Market. As I explained, you can use foreign exchange when you go abroad and want to but something. You can swap our currency which is IDR to another currency there(this called foreign exchange) and after you changed it, you can easily shop there. That's all my answer. I hope it'll help you :)

so when you're making trades in the forex market, you're basically buying or selling the currency of a particular country. But there's no physical exchange of money from one hand to another. That's contrary to what happens at a foreign exchange kioskΓÇöthink of a tourist visiting Times Square in New York City from Japan. He may be converting his (physical) yen to actual U.S. dollar cash (and may be charged a commission fee to do so) so he can spend his money while he's traveling.
