  • PLC Hardware Component Files

    This chapter exposes you to the details of PLC hardware and modules that make up a PLC control system. The chapterΓÇÖs illustrations show the various parts of a PLC as well as general connection paths. In this chapter we discuss the CPU and memory hardware components, including the various types of memory that are available, and we describe the hardware of the input/output section, including the difference between the discrete and analog types of modules.
