1. Business research is a process of acquiring detailed information of all the areas of business and using such information in maximizing the sales and profit of the business. Such a study helps companies determine which product / service is most profitable or in demand. In simple words, it can be stated as the acquisition of information or knowledge for professional or commercial purpose to determine opportunities and goals for a business. 
Through research, problems in the industry can be "caught" and then they will find a solution. New things that are more innovative in the industry can also be developed and applied from a study.
2. Of course if  we’re interested in a career as a scientific researcher, then our job will be to research! But research skills come in handy across a wide range of roles.
3. A research problem is a specific issue, difficulty, contradiction, or gap in knowledge that we will aim to address in our research.
